ITSA, the global network of accident investigation agencies: Interview with Jane Meares

Abstract

The International Transportation Safety Association (ITSA) was established in 1993 to contribute to public transport safety through non-judicial investigations. Today, the body connects accident investigation boards from more than seventeen member countries. This article traces the history of its founding and the purpose and objectives of its work.
