NSIA method: What are the pillars of the Norwegian accident investigation model? Interview with Jan Thore Mellem

Abstract

The RSO Journal interview team interviewed Jan Thore Mellem, a member of the Advisory Department of the Norwegian Safety Investigation Authority (NSIA) and a specialist in human factors, industrial and organizational psychology. Mellem was one of the co-creators of the investigation model and currently provides support from his department to all areas of the agency.
