Abstract

This article details the good and applicable practices of the Accident Victim and Family Information (IVAF) area of the Junta de Seguridad en el Transporte (JST) in the process of counseling and accompanying victims of an incident and their families, which also involves promoting a culture of safety in transport and ensuring the protection of people.
