Abstract
This paper will utilize modeling based on discrete choice methods as a tool to apply a mixed decision-making strategy (Ortúzar and Willumsen, 1990), where the decision-maker uses it to interact with social pressure factors through rational negotiation, reaching conclusions that maximize benefits from a multimodal perspective.
An empirical estimation of the developed models will be presented, analyzing the data used and the results obtained. Finally, a reflection on the outcomes of the analysis will be conducted, offering a series of suggested actions regarding proposals for complementary studies and interventions in current transportation systems.
